I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, while cozy, were tucked away in a maze of corridors. Despite being slightly smaller than what I'm used to, the room was nice with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The decor, especially in the rooms, could use a refresh but downstairs was more impressive. The service was a hit or miss with some staff members unfriendly, but most were efficient and polite. The location, although not the most attractive, was close to the historic cathedral area, making it a good value for money choice with easy access to the Broadway theatre. The dining experience was average, with a monotonous buffet and some items running out quickly. Overall, the hotel offers decent facilities and is situated in a convenient area.
